Who we are
Systmize ("we") is operated by its founder in Portugal. Contact for all privacy matters: hello@systmize.net.
What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist we collect one thing: your email address. We use it solely to contact you about Systmize early access and launch.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it's stored
Waitlist submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, Inc. (USA), our form processor, under their data processing terms including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not share your email with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until Systmize launches and the waitlist is retired, or until you withdraw — whichever comes first. Withdrawn addresses are deleted, not archived.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your data — email hello@systmize.net and we act on it promptly.
- Withdraw consent at any time (same effect as deletion).
- Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in Portugal, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).
