Anything charged on a schedule belongs here — the rent, the accountant, the gym, the phone plan — not only the things with an app.
Usually the largest recurring payment there is, and the one nobody calls a subscription. Enter it once and the price history shows every increase.
Monthly or quarterly, often by direct debit, often forgotten between invoices. Forward the invoice and the amount and date are read from it.
Car, home, health, pet. These renew quietly and reprice at renewal — the price history is where you see it happen.
Promotional rates end. Systmize keeps the old price beside the new one, so you know by how much.
A bill that moves is not a fixed subscription. Mark it as usage-based and Systmize tracks the range instead of pretending it is one number.
The classic one you keep paying after you stop going. A reminder three days before each charge is usually enough to decide.
The obvious ones. Forward the receipt and they add themselves, with the renewal date and any price rise already filled in.
Term fees, clubs, music lessons — often annual or termly, so they vanish from a monthly view. Switch the dashboard to Year to see them.
A fixed schedule with an end date. Systmize treats it like any other recurring charge, so it sits in the same total as everything else.
€15 a year is invisible in a monthly total and still surprises you when it lands. This is exactly what the Year view is for.
The five levels
Levels 1 to 3 hold no credential and keep no file. Levels 4 and 5 hold a credential you can revoke at any time.
You enter a payment yourself.
Nothing leaves your device except the payment you typed. No credential, no file, no access to anything else. This is the whole free tier and there is no limit on how many you keep.
Forward a receipt to your own Systmize address.
You get a private forwarding address. Systmize reads the receipt you send it and keeps the result, not the email — the message is discarded after processing and forwarded nowhere.

No. Level 1 works on its own: you type a payment in and Systmize reminds you before it renews. The bank link is level 5 and is not yet available.
Your account and your payments are stored in Frankfurt, in the EU. When you use an AI feature, the text of that one item is sent to our AI provider to be read; the providers we use are named in the privacy policy.
No. It prepares the message and shows you the steps. You send it. Guided, not automatic.
It reads what you gave it and tells you what changed: a price that went up, a renewal that moved. It does not watch your accounts.

Nothing is on sale yet, so there is nothing to cancel. Once paid plans open, you cancel where you bought, with no retention flow: no offer, no survey. The Billing page has the details.
