Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are not on sale yet. We plan to launch on the web first; the iPhone and Android apps follow. The sections below describe billing through the App Store and Google Play, which applies once the apps are listed. Before the first paid plan is sold on the web, this page will be updated with how web billing, cancellation and refunds work.

How to cancel

Paid plans are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, so cancellation happens there, not inside Systmize. In the app, Settings → Manage subscription opens your store's subscription page directly.

Cancel any time. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee and no questions asked.

Founder’s Lifetime is a one-time purchase: there is nothing to cancel, and refunds follow the policy of the store or payment provider that sold it. Your EU withdrawal rights are unaffected.

When cancellation takes effect

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that it does not renew, and you keep the free tier and all your data.

Cancelling never deletes your subscriptions, your savings history or your insights.

Deleting your account is not the same as cancelling

Deleting your Systmize account removes your data, but a store subscription renews independently of us. If you want to stop paying, cancel in the App Store or Google Play first, then delete your account.

Refunds

Apple and Google are the merchants of record, so refunds are issued by them under their own policies. Systmize cannot take your money or give it back directly.

Start from the store that billed you: Apple's billing help or Google Play's refund help. Their current policy governs, including any time limits.

If a store refund request gets stuck, email hello@systmize.net and we will support your request with the store where we can.

EU 14-day withdrawal right

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. The app stores implement this in their purchase flow; where you consented to immediate access, the statutory exceptions for digital content may apply. Your mandatory rights under EU and national consumer law are never limited by this page.

Free tier

Nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. Use it as long as you like, and delete your account whenever you want in Settings.
