What is Systmize?
A financial-ops assistant for your subscriptions. It finds every recurring payment you have, watches the prices, alerts you the moment something goes up, suggests cheaper alternatives, and guides you through cancelling the ones you forgot. How does subscription detection work?
You forward a receipt email to your personal Systmize address and the AI reads it — service, price, currency, billing date — and adds it to your dashboard in seconds. A guided import helps you find all your existing subscriptions in one pass. Systmize never needs access to your inbox: you choose exactly what leaves it.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. Systmize works fully without bank access — that's the point. Optional bank linking (via regulated EU open-banking providers) is planned as a Premium feature for people who want automatic discovery, but it will never be required.
Does Systmize cancel subscriptions for me?
No — and that's deliberate. Systmize shows you exactly how to cancel, step by step, and logs the money you save. Nothing is ever changed or cancelled on your behalf. You stay in control of every contract.
What does it cost?
The core tracker is free. Systmize Premium — AI insights, price-increase alerts, and cheaper-alternative suggestions — is €11.99/month or €121.99/year (15% less than monthly). Early-access waitlist members get Premium free at launch.
Which currencies are supported?
All major ones. Each subscription is tracked in the currency it's actually billed in — € or $ or £ side by side — and your totals convert to your chosen display currency using daily exchange rates.
Where is my data stored?
On EU servers in Frankfurt, under GDPR. No ad tracking, no selling data — see the privacy policy. Delete your account and everything is deleted with it.
